01The website

brainstead.si describes Brainstead, the company brain built for agencies, publishes guides, and lets you request a demo. Using the site is free and needs no account. We may change, add or remove pages and features at any time.

02Information on the site

• What the site says about Brainstead describes the product as it stands when we write it. It isn't an offer and doesn't commit us to any feature, price or result; what a customer gets is set in their agreement with us.
• Our guides, for example on Slack, ClickUp, ChatGPT projects, brand voice or client isolation, are general information. They aren't legal, security or professional advice for your situation, and the tools they describe can change after we write about them.
• Product and company names such as Slack, ClickUp, ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Google and AWS belong to their owners. Naming them doesn't mean they endorse Brainstead or that we're affiliated with them.

03Demo requests

• Send the demo form only with your own details, and keep them accurate.
• Sending a request doesn't create a contract or oblige either side to anything. We may decline a request without giving a reason.
• How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or the systems behind the demo form;
• probe, scan, overload or disrupt the site, or send the form by automated means or get around its human check;
• send anything malicious, or anything you have no right to send.

05Our content

The text, design, images, video and the Brainstead name and logo on this site belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You're welcome to read, link to and share our pages, and to quote short passages with a link back to the source. Copying substantial parts, or reusing them commercially, needs our written permission.

06Links to other websites

The site links to other websites and loads some services from them, such as Google Fonts and Cloudflare Turnstile. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data; their own terms and policies apply.

07Availability, disclaimers and liability

We aim to keep the site available and its content accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", free of charge and without any guarantee that it is complete, current, error-free or always online.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be excluded or limited, in particular for intent or gross negligence, and nothing in them affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

08Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The current version always lives on this page, with the date at the top; using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

09Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland, have jurisdiction. If you use the site as a consumer, the mandatory rules of the country where you live still apply, including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
